Tharun Kumar Pethari believes in helping its customers and has a liberal cancellation policy:

🕒 Cancellation Window: Cancellations accepted within Not Applicable of placing the order.

⚠️ Exceptions:

Cancellation requests may not be entertained if orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants and shipping process initiated
No cancellations for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

✅ Eligible for Refund/Replacement:
Refund/replacement available if customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

📦 Damaged/Defective Reporting: Report within Not Applicable of receipt.
Merchant will verify at their end before processing.

🎨 Quality/Expectation Issues: Report within Not Applicable of receiving the product.
Customer Service Team will review and take appropriate decision.

🛠️ Warranty Products

For products with manufacturer warranty: Please refer complaints directly to the manufacturer.

💰 Refund Processing

⏳ Processing Time: Approved refunds take Not Applicable to process to end customer.
