Policy for ImgStudio’s online creative tools and digital services.

Because we deliver digital access and creative outputs online, our cancellation and refund rules are different from physical product stores.

🧾 General Policy

ImgStudio provides digital services and creative tools only. We do not ship any physical products. Once access to a paid feature, plan, or credit pack is activated, it is considered delivered.

We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy explains when cancellations and refunds are possible and when they are not.

🕒 Cancellations

Before activation:

If your payment was made but your plan/credits/features have not yet been activated due to a system error or delay, you can request a cancellation and full refund.

After activation / use:

Once your subscription, credits, or feature access is activated in your account, cancellation is generally not available.
If you have already used the service (for example, generated designs, exported files, used credits), the order is considered consumed and cannot be cancelled.

💰 Refunds

Eligible for refund (case-by-case):

Amount debited but service or credits not received in your account due to technical issues.
Duplicate payments for the same plan/order.
Clear technical problems on our side that prevent you from using the service after purchase (and we cannot resolve them in a reasonable time).

Not eligible for refund:

Change of mind after successful activation or usage of the service.
Issues related to internet connectivity, device/browser problems, or incorrect details provided by the user.
Partial use of credits or subscription where the service is working as described.

Refund processing time:

Approved refunds will be initiated back to the original payment method within a reasonable time as per bank/payment gateway norms. Actual credit to your account may depend on your bank or provider.

If you face any issue with activation, billing, or access to your ImgStudio services, please contact us with:

Registered email address on ImgStudio.
Order ID / transaction reference.
Short description of the issue and screenshots (if possible).
